Rachel Marchand

Blended Learning Manager, Cincinnati

Rachel Marchand is the Cleveland Manager for Seton’s Blended Learning Initiative at St. Francis Catholic School. Prior to joining Seton, Rachel was a teacher at Saint Francis, where she taught fifth and sixth grade. Previously, Rachel was a fifth and sixth-grade teacher at Alphonsus Academy and Center for the Arts in Chicago. Rachel started her journey in urban education by completing the University of Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) Service Through Teaching program, where she served as a fifth and sixth-grade teacher in Oakland, California at Saint Jarlath Catholic School. Rachel earned a bachelor of arts in political science and history from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in education from the University of Notre Dame.
